Knowing meter values as at a given date is a basic requirement for many reports, performance indicators and optimisation activities. STRABAGmeter is an effective bridge technology within our eco2consult service range. Meter values can be read by smartphone as at a desired time or at regular intervals and sent to a management portal. With professional CO2e footprint monitoring.

When does a property or a portfolio no longer satisfy climate requirements? As the experts say, when do they reach their stranding point? This can be answered by CO2e footprint monitoring. We use two methods for CO2e footprint monitoring: the CRREM Risk Assessment Tool (Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor) or the CO2 footprint calculator from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). We satisfy specific requirements with individual extensions. We have thus refined the CO2e footprint monitoring tool with carbon pathways and more detailed analysis.

In eco2state, we also offer an in-house tool for determining the carbon footprint of buildings. Depending on the condition and energy requirements of the building and its technical systems, an individual decarbonisation path can be developed. Find out more about eco2state here
